Nepean® Longwall provides quality overhaul services for all longwall equipment regardless of which company supplied the original equipment. Our workshop facilities in NSW & Queensland are focused on handling and overhauling these heavy-duty products and our experienced staff ensures that equipment is repaired to exacting standards that ensure ongoing equipment longevity.

During overhaul, customers frequently have requirements for modifying their equipment based on operational imperatives. Inbye can assist you with the execution of these improvements and provide the engineering support to ensure the equipment achieves safe and reliable operation.

Through our recently acquired AS3800 workshop "NEPEAN LONGWALL AUTOMATION SERVICES" (formerly Longwall Advantage), we can provide overhaul and repair facilities for all of your longwall electrical ancillary equipment. We currently manage overhaul and repairs of longwall lighting systems, associated power supply cables and equipment control cables whilst the customer is undertaking their longwall move.

  We are working towards Ex i Overhaul & Repair Capabilities. Additionally this will generate the QAR (Quality Assessment Report) required to allow us to manufacture new certified items under the IEC & ANZ Ex Schemes.
